The problem

When a business coordinates appointments, its team and payments separately, times overlap and the till may not add up at closing time.

What we built

A complete system for managing work on a computer or phone: schedules by professional, client records, cash register, inventory, reports and permissions for each team member.

How Vikoma works, step by step

Your whole day on one screen.

If the slot is taken, it can't be booked.

When an appointment is scheduled, Vikoma sends the client a WhatsApp notice.

At closing, the till is already done.
